Monday, Monday, Monday
OK......... I'm back. Well I never really went anywhere just got busy on the phone Friday and out of the routine so I didn't get to post anything.
I will post a couple pictures and highlight a couple things but thats it really.
First off the Elke and last Concept Cuda left. Here are a couple pictures of each. What bugs the crap outta me is the CC looks so good in person but I just couldn't shoot a good picture of it. Oh well, such is life.

The Elke looks great I think and should get to its owner Tuesday. I do hope he likes it and his son loves it.

Also pictured is Pete's Bird II. I type this since its a custom 57 TBird but he had one done already for him by another modder so this is now #2. This one has, or will have, a couple things Pete wanted on the first one but were changed at the last minute.

Anyway.... what you see is a 57 Bird with no engine or hood. The Cammer engine for it will be here today probably and then is can get fitted so I can cut the hood for the blower. Once that is done I can route the exhaust to the sidepipes. I love these pipes but they only put them on a couple diecast cars so I made a mold for them and resin cast a set for Pete's car.
He also wanted chrome reverse wheels which they don't make a lot of in diecast. So I put in a call to my diecast buddy in So Cal and he sent me a couple sets in resin I will have to chrome spray. He did however send me a nice set of deep rears and stock fronts so I reworked all the backing plates and created something that allows the wheels to roll and have the car sit at the right height with wheel well clearance.
Other than that.... I did some smaller stuff on a couple cars but nothing worth posting. At least not at this time.
OK...... Im out!

Don't be so modest. You do great work! This stuff is truly art. Rolling sculpture. Jewelry for men. LOL

Jeff,
Im glad you love it , it does jump in Sassy Grass doesnt it ? If you are bored and feel like it I would love for you to post something on the diecast pud about how you got yours and how much you loved it.
See between you and me we havent built enough of the Cudas yet to make it worth while to built the Trans Am so.... any little plug would be appreciated.
I am thinking about possibly releasing a Nash Bridges 2009 version of the Cuda Concept as a convertible. Probably $50-100.00 cheaper, What do you think ?

I have to admit I think Pete's Bird II looks alot better than #1. Great owrk on this and I can't wait to see the chrome reverse rims (my favorites). Keep up the great work, as well as the great read here on the bog. Be safe Pal.
