11/4 Crap its hard to keep up !

OK...... so this is a quickie post since I just havn't had time too. I lost my computer for 2 days last week and just havn't been able to get caught up.

I wanted to post a couple pictures for those who have not seen these.

One is a mid engine creation for the Mustang lover, Filtercalvo. The other is a Willys I have had around for a while that is finally 95% done and will leave here in the next or so.

Enjoy..... and check back I have more "in progress" stuff I will be posting.

1940 Willys...

Numerous body mods..... including removing all body trim, cutting the fenders and seaming the hood to them for a one piece tilt front end. Removing the door hinges and creating suicide doors. I changed the taillights and created a recessed license plate. The chassis was from a Mustang Gasser that was modded to work with this body then the interior was redone in black per the customer request along with the Candy Apple Red paintwork.

1970 Mustang...

This is a "what if" project that while looking like it will be great will not see an end. The mock was done for my customer but I knew it was not exactly what he wanted. Being too cool to pass up I had to shoot some pictures. This has hours upon hours of mod work already just to get a late model Ford GT40 chassis even remotely close to fitting this body. I am not going to go into detail as too what I did since the car has already been torn apart for body mods but wanted to post some pictures non the less.

OK....more too come but for now, I'M OUT !

Hard to keep it up? Maybe that's why Heather no longer calls LOL.

Mustang looks very cool, but as we discussed, the next iteration of this car will be even cooler. Thanks for teh persperation and inspiration.

John, that Mustang/GT-40 is absolutely outstanding! What a work of art! Can I ask what donor you used for the engine? Was it an Exoto or an Eagles Race.
Who ever thought of that custom is a real genius.

    Keep up the great work.

WOW!!! This '70 Mustang "GT" is amazing!!! I can't believe you torn it apart for pieces!!! What a beauty you've created with it. I love the color too, were you planning of making a "Gulf" version with it?
